Time for homemade beef chile….we start certified black angus ground chuck meat..onions, peppers, fresh garlic, tomatoes and beans. This is long process….it is 7 am on Maui and this batch of chile will be ready to serve at around 4 pm today! It is worth the wait…enjoy a crock tonight topped with cheese, fresh jalapeños and sour cream for only $5…..Aloha from Paia!

We make our Spanish Rice vegetarian friendly with tomatoes, onions, fresh garlic, mexican oregano, and spices. Our rice is toasted first in olive oil which gives it an almost nutty flavor profile then it is covered and baked until done. Milagros has been serving this healthy Spanish Rice for nearly a decade. We do not use any lard, msg or imitation flavorings. Try it with your tacos or burrito !! Aloha

Aloha, Blackbeans…At Milagros we make them fresh every day with a special touch…not only are our beans vegetarian…we make our own blend with PINTO BEANS. While the Pinto Beans absorb the black bean color their texture and flavor remain giving our beans a delicious flavor profile. Well its that time of the year again…Johnny and Janice are leaving beautiful New Jersey for our little island of Maui. They will be roughing it for a couple of months in Haiku..but dont feel to bad for them…their friends on Maui are waiting for their arrival with some tasty liquid libations and some good times.
